You need to pour thoroughly washed rice into a saucepan. You need to pour milk and plain water at a low temperature into the same container.
For one volume of cereal - three volumes of milk and water components. The main secret of the ideal milk rice porridge is in maintaining this ratio of ingredients.
It is convenient to measure products with a mug: for one mug of rice - six mugs of liquid.
Next, add 10 teaspoons of granulated sugar and 1.5 teaspoons of salt to the pan.
After this, you need to start the cooking process. The fire should be at maximum until the liquid in the pan starts to boil. As soon as this process makes itself known, the fire level should be reduced to minimum.
