The main thing is to choose cottage cheese with the appropriate fat content. This is where the reason for all failures lies.
1. Mix eggs with cottage cheese, add regular sugar and vanilla, mix thoroughly.
2. Add flour to the prepared mixture and mix thoroughly.
3. Form the cheesecakes and bread them in flour.
4. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides.
