Oatmeal is not only tasty and healthy, but also a simple breakfast.
And you can make the process of making oatmeal even easier if you do it the night before. In this case, you can save precious time in the morning, which will be especially useful if you get out of bed later than planned.
To prepare lazy oatmeal, you will first need a suitable container. It would be better if it is a half-liter jar with a screw-on lid.
Now measure out 50-60 g of cereal, which is equal to 4 tablespoons – this amount will be enough for an adult.
To add variety to your usual taste, try using additives such as flax seeds or chia seeds. Nuts and dried fruits will also do.
Now pour kefir or yogurt over the flakes. For the specified amount of cereal, you need 250 ml. You can also use milk or juice. In this case, the volume will be less - 150 ml.
It is allowed to use ordinary water – the same 150 ml.
Once you've steamed the oats, stir the contents of the jar, cover, and refrigerate overnight, and you're good to go.
