Potatoes are the main side dish, and even the New Year's table cannot do without them - you can't boil pasta, can you?
There's only one question left to decide: what exactly to cook from potatoes so that the side dish doesn't get lost against the backdrop of the New Year's food abundance. Bake potatoes with cheese!
1. It is advisable to choose potatoes of the same size. They need to be washed, peeled and cut into thin slices.
2. Place the potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle with spices, salt and seasonings to taste. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
3. Place half of the potatoes in a baking dish. Pour in half of the cream and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
4. Then put the second half of the potatoes, pour cream and cheese over them, and then put them in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
Potatoes baked in cream and cheese will be a great addition to meat, fish or simply a standalone dish.
Bon appetit!
