Mannik is a quick and easy to prepare dessert that goes well with a cup of hot tea, which we simply need on cold winter evenings.
To treat your family with delicious baked goods, use the one-cup rule. This means that you need to measure out all the ingredients (well, almost) using this particular container.
So, what do you need for a manna that can be called perfect? Here is a list of products:
First, combine semolina and kefir in a bowl, then leave the resulting mixture for a while so that the cereal swells properly.
As a rule, 15-30 minutes is enough, after which you can add the egg, sugar and soda to the semolina.
Despite the acidic environment caused by kefir, it is still recommended to extinguish the soda with vinegar.
After this, pour a glass of sifted flour into the bowl and mix its contents thoroughly again.
All that's left is to pour the dough into a baking pan and put the latter in the oven. The manna is cooked for about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
