1. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cherry tomatoes are most often used, which are enough to cut into halves.
2. Cut the red fish fillet into small cubes.
3. Peel the cucumber and cut into thin strips.
4. Peeled avocado can be cut into half rings or in the same way as cucumber.
5. First put the vegetables in the salad bowl, then the fish, add salt to taste and desire. Then put the sliced cottage cheese.
6. Finally, lightly drizzle the salad with balsamic vinegar (a few drops), then olive oil and serve.
