Meat in French is a rather simple, but at the same time very appetizing and filling dish.
Typically, when creating this dish, a standard set of ingredients is used: meat, vegetables, cheese, mayonnaise, spices.
Most cooks do not associate this dish with anything sweet.
However, experienced gourmets emphasize: there is one sweet fruit that makes French meat even more delicious.
Cut the pork tenderloin into slices and "process" each piece with a hammer. Salt and pepper the meat.
Place the meat pieces on a baking sheet lined with foil. The metal paper should be coated with a layer of sunflower oil.
Place onion rings on the pork. Grease the resulting “construction” with mayonnaise.
The next layer should be… pineapple. It is convenient to use pineapple “rings” from a can.
Cover the future dish with grated cheese and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. The temperature should be 180 degrees.
