Cooking chicken in the oven usually happens on a special occasion: this dish is usually served for holidays.
But even on any ordinary day, the hostess can delight family members with an exquisite treat.
- chicken;
- head of garlic;
- three large spoons of salt;
- a large spoon of sugar;
- any spices;
- refined vegetable oil.
It is recommended to first remove any obviously unnecessary elements - hanging pieces of skin, excess fat. Then, using a toothpick, pierce the meat in several places in the fillet and thigh area.
Then take a large bowl, pour water into it (about three liters), spices and chopped garlic.
The chicken is marinated overnight.
In the morning, it will be enough to coat it with butter and put it in the oven until fully cooked. You can add a little liquid honey to the butter to make the crust crispier. You will be surprised at how juicy the treat will be.
