Not all salads can be safely considered healthy food, as the ingredients used may raise questions.
The advantage of this recipe is that it is based on the use of seaweed.
This ingredient has an impressive list of benefits, but we don’t use it very often. But it is an excellent source of iodine and other nutrients.
- a pack of chilled crab sticks;
- a standard can of peas;
- three eggs (boiled);
- a small salad onion;
- packaging of seaweed;
- mayonnaise for dressing.
First, chop the sticks and chicken eggs with a knife. Focus on the size of the peas: in this case, the taste will be more pleasant and impressive.
If you notice that the seaweed is too long, you can shorten it.
It is better to take salad onions so as not to encounter bitterness. We send the chopped components together with peas into the container.
If desired, you can add salt and a little pepper. Season the "Sakhalin" salad with mayonnaise. It is better to use your own sauce so that the dish remains healthy.
