What to Make with Persimmon: Divine Dessert with Cottage Cheese

Late autumn is the persimmon season. It is usually eaten fresh, dried persimmon is a little rarer, and only a few people make desserts from it.

Everyone knows the dessert - baked apples with cottage cheese, but who knows that you can cook persimmon in the same way? Save the recipe.

You will need:

  • persimmon - 4 pcs.;
  • cottage cheese (5-9%) - 200 g;
  • sugar to taste;
  • cinnamon, vanillin, nuts to taste and desire.

How to cook

1. You can use persimmon or kinglet. The fruits need to be washed, wiped dry, leaves removed and the core cut out. Do not throw away the pulp.

2. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, add vanilla, cinnamon and walnuts to taste, if desired.

Granular cottage cheese can be rubbed through a metal sieve or mixed with a blender.

3. Cut the cut out persimmon pulp into small cubes and mix with the curd mass.

4. Fill the prepared fruits with cottage cheese, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

Let the dessert cool and serve.
