It seems that it is impossible to come up with anything simpler and faster than baking a charlotte.
But experience and practice show that there is no limit to perfection and you can bake this simple pie even faster.
1. Separate the white from the yolk.
2. Beat the yolk together with kefir and sugar. You should get a homogeneous mass.
3. Beat the egg whites separately until they form a fluffy foam.
4. Add the mixture of rice flour and baking powder to the kefir mixture and stir until the lumps dissolve.
5. Peel and dice the apple, add it and the beaten egg white to the dough, and mix.
6. Grease the baking dish with butter, pour in the dough and cook in the microwave for 5 minutes at 800 W.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
