How to make a snack from chicken gizzards?

First, it is recommended to bring the stomachs themselves to full readiness. Do not forget that the offal must be thoroughly cleaned before cooking. As a rule, they are boiled in salted water using bay leaf and allspice for a more pleasant taste.

Afterwards, we cool the stomachs to make it easier to work with them later.

Meanwhile, you can chop the onion and lightly fry it in vegetable oil with a little sugar. Put the onion on a serving plate. If the stomachs have cooled down, they can be cut. The preferred form is straws.
