Few people know that even a cheap piece of meat can be deliciously fried without any particular difficulty.

What trick do you need to know?

First, you will need to pour water over the meat, dry it with a paper towel and divide it into pieces. After that, heat up the vegetable oil and begin the frying process.

To make the crust even more beautiful and the meat itself soft, you can add a piece of butter.

After the crust has become obvious, remove the meat from the pan. Then fry the onions at the rate of three pieces per kilogram of meat product.

As soon as the vegetable becomes softer, you need to add a small spoon of soda. From this moment, we begin to actively stir the onion additive.

Then add the pieces of meat again, reduce the heat and cook for a quarter of an hour. The meat will be incredibly high-quality and tasty.
