Today we will look at a version of making a French omelet with mushrooms. The process is extremely simple.

For one standard serving you need to take:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • champignons - 2 pcs.;
  • cheese - 20 g.

In addition, you should prepare spices that will make the dish better. You can use salt, ground black pepper and other favorite additives.

How to make an omelette

First, you should cut and fry the champignons. Once they are ready, it is advisable to transfer them to a plate.

The eggs need to be lightly mixed with spices, and then they need to be poured into a frying pan heated with oil. The egg mixture needs to be fried over medium heat.

The top layer should set but not become too dry.

As soon as the omelette is ready, it should be placed on a plate, and the prepared mushrooms should be placed on one part of it.

Then you can close it with the second half and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

You can decorate the dish with herbs.
