There is a relatively simple and universal recipe for cooking fish. You can use absolutely any fish, river or sea.
No one will turn up their nose, and there is every chance that even children will appreciate the dish.
1. Mix the egg, 180 grams of sour cream and mustard, add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Peel the onion and chop finely, add to the sour cream mixture. Cut the tomatoes into medallions.
3. Cut the fish, remove the bones or use fillets. Cut it into portions and dip each piece in the prepared sauce.
4. Place the tomato and fish on the lavash sheets and pour over the rest of the sauce. Roll into an envelope or roll. You can make several portioned envelopes.
5. Grease the baking pan with oil and place the dough piece in it.
6. Break the egg, add a spoonful of sour cream, grated cheese, mix and pour it over the envelopes (or roll).
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes and serve with a side dish.
Bon appetit!
