Sausages and hot dogs have long been called enemies of human health. This refers only to industrial products.
Nutritionists have almost nothing against homemade sausage. Here's how to make boiled sausage at home.
1. Put the chicken to boil, after it boils, add the fried onions and carrots, bay leaf, peppercorns and salt.
2. After 1.5 hours, remove the vegetables and chicken, cook the broth until it reduces in volume by 2-3 times, but there should be at least 400 ml left.
3. Take the chicken apart, remove the bones, dissolve the gelatin in hot broth and add the chicken meat, 3 tablespoons of beetroot juice, paprika, coriander, and pepper.
4. Using a blender, grind all ingredients until smooth.
5. The finished mixture should be poured into a plastic bottle with the neck cut off, wrapped in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
When the sausage has cooled and set, serve it.
Bon appetit!
