Some varieties of poultry can often be seen in combination with apples: just remember the classic combination of goose with this fruit.
But housewives rarely combine chicken with this ingredient.
But you can get an interesting dish that you won’t be ashamed to put on the holiday table.
- 2 pieces of medium-sized fillet;
- 2 medium and tasty apples;
- about one hundred grams of cheese;
- half a small spoon of salt, a little pepper;
- three spoons of mayonnaise;
- refined vegetable oil.
First, you need to tidy up the fillet and divide it into medium-sized pieces. The weight of one portion should be about fifty grams. Then hide the chicken under the film and make chops with a culinary hammer.
The apples need to be washed, the seeds, the skin and the membrane removed. The apples and cheese need to be grated.
Then we lay a layer of foil and process it with refined oil. We send the pieces of fillet. We add salt and pepper. Then we put a "hat" on each piece in the correct sequence: apples, mayonnaise, cheese.
Cook the dish for half an hour at 180 degrees in the oven.
