List of products

- a kilogram of potatoes;
- five large spoons of good odorless vegetable oil (the product should be refined);
- one small spoon of paprika, mustard and salt;
- half a small spoon of dry mustard;
- about a third of a small spoon of granulated garlic (or a couple of cloves of fresh);
- one and a half spoons of spice mixture for potatoes.

How to cook a popular dish

First, we need to clean our vegetables and put them under running water to remove any traces of sand. After that, we need to divide each tuber into four parts to get the characteristic slices.

Next, you need to boil a kettle of water. Put the potatoes in any container, pour in boiling water and heat for three minutes.

Then we remove the water and try to dry our slices.

Combine vegetable oil with spices and mustard. Process potatoes with the resulting mixture.

The baking tray should be covered with foil and the vegetable should be laid out. The dish is cooked for 20 minutes to half an hour at 220 degrees in the oven.
