The good thing about Chinese cabbage is that it doesn’t need to be processed for long before serving the finished dish.
In addition to simply mixing its leaves with fresh vegetables, you can try to prepare a more filling dish. The salad will be appreciated for its fresh taste by guests gathered for a special occasion.
1. Wash the cabbage, separate the leaves, remove the veins and cut into thin strips.
2. You can use any tomatoes. Large ones are cut into small slices, and cherry tomatoes are cut into halves or according to personal preference.
3. Cut the ham into thin strips.
4. Cut the loaf into small cubes, mix with aromatic herbs and dry in the oven – you will need golden croutons for the salad.
5. Press the garlic or grate it on a fine grater and mix with mayonnaise.
Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and garlic and sprinkle with croutons on top.
Bon appetit!
