A stale loaf of bread is a sea of possibilities in culinary terms, but it is most often left for making minced meat or breading.
From a dry loaf you can prepare several original snacks and even full meals.
The loaf is cut into slices, the pulp is cut out, it is placed in a frying pan with vegetable oil, an egg is beaten inside and the eggs are cooked over medium heat.
To make croutons, the loaf is cut into cubes and fried in a dry frying pan. To make croutons, the same slices are dipped in a mixture of butter, aromatic herbs and spices, and then baked until golden brown in the oven.
You can chop the herbs, grate the cheese, add chopped garlic and ham, mix all the ingredients with butter and spread this mixture on a piece of bread, covering it with another piece on top.
Wrap in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
