The process is extremely simple.

Ingredients

  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • flour - 100 g;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp;
  • egg whites - 4 pcs.;
  • Italian herbs - 1 tsp;
  • bread crumbs - 120 g.

How to cook

The vegetable needs to be cut into rings. The width should be about 1 cm.

Then they need to be placed in a bowl of water and then dipped in a mixture of flour, salt and spices.

After this, you can lower the preparation into a bowl in which the whites are mixed with mayonnaise.

The last step is to coat the rings with breadcrumbs. Then you can put the onions on a baking sheet, which it is advisable to first cover with baking paper.

The appetizer should be baked for about 10 minutes, and then the onion rings should be turned over and baked for about 5 more minutes.

It is important to preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
