Liver dishes do not have such a large number of fans, although the product is one of the most useful due to its natural composition.

However, any type of offal can be made soft and tasty with the help of mustard and sugar.
- 700 grams of offal;
- three onions;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- four spoons of medium-fat sour cream;
- a spoon of mustard (or one and a half);
- half a spoon of sugar;
- spices to your taste.
Any liver needs to be cleaned and, if necessary, divided into portions. Then we put the offal in a bowl and place it in boiling water for three minutes.
After that, we put the onion in the frying pan and begin to lightly fry it. In the process, add sugar, stir and wait a couple of minutes. Then we put in the chopped garlic. Salt can be added at this stage.
After a minute, you can add the liver itself. Mix the ingredients and cook under the lid for three minutes.
Then combine mustard with sour cream, season the dish and cook for another 12 minutes. The ideal liver will amaze you with its softness and taste.
