Very healthy, but not everyone's favorite cauliflower should be in the diet. The vegetable is quite easy to prepare. The inflorescences can be fried in batter in a frying pan or baked in the oven.
But there is a tricky way when you need to feed cauliflower to those who don't like it. In this case, we prepare a casserole.
1. Cabbage (fresh or frozen) should be boiled in salted water for 5-7 minutes after boiling, and then divided into florets.
2. In a bowl, mix eggs, sour cream and milk. Add salt and spices, mix until smooth.
3. Grate the cheese (any) and add to the egg-cream mixture, stir.
4. Place the cabbage in the multicooker bowl, lightly fry in vegetable oil, and then pour in the egg-based mixture.
Turn on the “Bake” or “Fry” mode and cook until the casserole is set.
Transfer to plates and serve.
Bon appetit!
