When to pickle cabbage in November
According to the lunar calendar, the most favorable days for pickling cabbage are November 18-23 and November 25-28.
Our ancestors also believed that cabbage should be fermented on men's days of the week. These are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Women's days of the week - Wednesday, Friday and Saturday - are considered unfavorable for pickling cabbage. Sunday is considered a neutral day.
