If you are even slightly familiar with American cuisine, you have probably heard about popular salads.
Housewives often prepare potato and chicken salad.
Both dishes are incredibly popular.
Therefore, you can slightly change your diet by introducing Western cuisine into it.
- half a kilo of boiled chicken fillet;
- iceberg (about a third of the head of cabbage);
- half a red onion or shallot;
- two medium-sized celery stalks;
- small sweet pepper;
- sweet and sour apple;
- half a can of olives;
- about 150 grams of delicious mayonnaise;
- one and a half tablespoons of lemon juice;
- half a small spoon of honey and mustard;
- salt and pepper.
You will need to chop the onion, chicken, pepper, skinless apple and celery into small cubes with a knife. Place the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl. Add the chopped iceberg.
Next, add the olives and ground black pepper.
In a separate container, combine mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice and honey. Dress the salad with this sauce. Then taste it and determine whether you need to add salt.
