Red meat lovers tend to be a little dismissive of poultry, finding its flavour weak and not particularly distinctive.
This may sometimes be true when it comes to dietary nutrition.
However, it won’t be difficult to prepare incredibly delicious chicken cutlets.
- half a kilo of fillet;
- two slices of white bread without crusts;
- onion;
- chicken egg;
- four spoons of water;
- a quarter of a pack of butter:
- salt and spices;
- two cloves of garlic;
- 200 grams of wheat or corn flour.
The best thing to do is to put not only the chicken but also the onion into the meat grinder. In this case, the consistency of the mince will be more uniform.
The cutlets themselves will only benefit from this. It is better to put the butter in the freezer half an hour before you start cooking.
Divide the pieces of bread into pieces and soak them in water for a bit, then add to the onion and minced chicken.
Add the egg, chopped garlic, spices and salt. Grate the butter and add it to the other ingredients. Add water and mix the mixture thoroughly. This should take at least five minutes.
Then we make cutlets, and use wheat or corn flour as breading.
