Vegetable and lentil cutlets have become popular relatively recently. But many have never even heard of egg cutlets, although they are considered quite popular in a number of countries.
- 6 boiled and one raw egg;
- two pieces of yesterday's loaf of bread;
- a bunch of onion and dill;
- half a glass of milk;
- vegetable oil and a little butter (about forty grams);
- salt and black pepper.
You will need to chop the pre-boiled and cooled eggs using the large teeth of a grater. Finely chop the greens with a knife.
Place the crustless loaf of bread into a bowl with milk.
Mix the chicken eggs with the greens. Do not squeeze the bread too much and add it to the mixture. All that remains is to add the raw egg and salt and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a homogeneous state and begin to mold the cutlets. Afterwards, you need to use breadcrumbs.
In a frying pan, combine vegetable oil with butter and heat the pan. Fry the cutlets for three minutes on each side.
You can also add a little crushed garlic to the mixture for an intense flavor.
