There is nothing tastier than home-made pastries and pies in particular. Anything can be used as a filling, from fresh fruits or vegetables, meat and fish to aromatic forest mushrooms.
The last option is more suitable than ever for fans of quiet hunting. Save the recipe.
1. Mushrooms need to be prepared for cooking: washed, sorted, boiled.
2. Half of the prepared mass must be baked in the oven with butter at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. The second part of the mushrooms is fried in a frying pan.
4. When the mushrooms are ready, chop them with the remaining oil in a blender.
5. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, add milk, salt, spices, sift the flour and knead the dough.
6. Roll out the dough into a layer. Grease the baking pan with oil and place it in the pan to form sides.
7. Pour the creamy mushroom mixture inside, place the fried mushrooms on top and put the pie in the oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
Bon appetit!
