While champignons can be safely considered a basic mushroom that we cook often, oyster mushrooms are not a product for every day.
Thanks to this, you can periodically delight your family members with an exquisite restaurant-quality dish.
- three hundred grams of mushrooms;
- onion;
- about 150 grams of grated cheese;
- three large spoons of mayonnaise;
- vegetable oil.
First, you will need to peel and chop the onion. You can cut the vegetable quite large. Clean the mushrooms and treat them with mayonnaise. Put them in any deep container and "cover" them with a layer of onion. Wait for two hours.
Then the baking dish needs to be treated with oil and the onion laid out. The second layer is mushrooms.
We decorate our preparation with cheese.
We prepare this luxurious dish for half an hour at a temperature of 160 degrees.
