Due to the specific nature of chicken meat, the cutlets may turn out a bit dry, which will definitely spoil the impression of the dish.
Therefore, you need to take care to give the dish the right level of juiciness.
This result can be achieved using a special recipe.
- a couple of pieces of chicken fillet;
- a pack of cottage cheese (no more than 200 grams);
- onion and one egg;
- three spoons of crackers;
- ingredients at your discretion (fresh herbs, salt, spices).
Since we use cottage cheese in the recipe, there is no need for bread. The chicken fillet should be washed, dried and minced using a meat grinder.
You can do the same with onions. You can simply chop the vegetable finely and fry it beforehand for more flavor.
Combine the prepared mince with the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. To give the cutlets a brighter taste and aroma, you can add a couple of cloves of garlic.
All that remains is to form the cutlets and apply the breading.
