Many people have probably heard of the exquisite cranberry sauce that is often served in expensive restaurants.
It is considered to be a perfect match for meat.
But it's not just meat that can be served with cranberry sauce. The addition will decorate any dessert, pastry or chicken.
Making the sauce is not as difficult as it might seem at first glance.
- 120 grams of berries;
- 100 ml filtered water;
- 50 grams of white sugar;
- a small spoon of cornstarch.
First, you need to wash the berries if you are making the sauce from a fresh product. It is better to defrost frozen berries first. Then we put them in a saucepan.
Next, pour in water and add sugar. Mix the ingredients. Next, mix the cornstarch with a small amount of water.
Add to the main sauce. This should be done carefully to avoid lumps. Wait until the desired consistency is reached and turn off the heat.
All that's left is to blend the mixture and wait for it to cool. Now your home cooking will never be the same.
