Since shrimps are not caught in their natural habitat in our region, they are sold frozen. Some people cook frozen seafood and wonder why the shrimps are tasteless and "rubbery".

Cooking time

All shrimp that we can buy in stores are sold already boiled. For this reason, there is no need to process them for a long time.

We send the seafood to the pan at the moment when the water has already boiled. The exposure time should be from 1 to 3 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp.

If you have purchased a special salad product (peeled shrimp), then it is enough to simply pour boiling water over them once.

Salt and spices
