Then you need to pour in two spoons of flour. This is a very important moment. The product should not burn or clump. Pour in a few spoons of water and begin stirring actively. At this stage, it is extremely important to pay attention to the dish, as there is a high risk of lumps appearing.
Add a couple of spoons of tomato paste and stir again. After a couple of minutes, add three spoons of sour cream, stir, add salt and one bay leaf and pepper if desired.
Once the gravy has reached the consistency you want, you can remove the pan from the stove.
