You will need to take equal parts of tomato paste, sour cream and plain water. The fermented milk product should not be too fatty: 15% will be quite enough.

You will need to add a little black pepper to improve the taste. Then, in 200 ml of water, dilute one small spoon of flour and pour it into the main composition of the sauce.
