With honey, jam or sour cream – it can be hard to resist the rosy, delicious pancakes that are piping hot.

However, it is not always possible to prepare them so that they are fluffy.

However, if you use the recipe from the article, this problem will no longer be a problem for you: the pancakes will not fall. For this you will need:

  • 200 g of yogurt or kefir;
  • 1 egg;
  • 70 g flour;
  • 2 tablespoons sugar;
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of soda;
  • vegetable oil (for frying).

So, pour the fermented milk product into a bowl, break an egg into it and add salt, sugar and soda.

Mix all the ingredients well and wait about a minute for the soda to foam. You will know when the time has come when bubbles appear.

Now you can add flour - as much as you need for a thick dough.

And now the secret of fluffiness. It is that as soon as you have prepared the dough and started to bake pancakes, you can no longer stir it.

Instead, use a spoon to gently scoop the dough from the edge.

Fry the pancakes in a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, and with the lid closed.
