Don't think that meat delicacies are always expensive. If you prepare such a snack at home, it will be quite budget-friendly, and most importantly, even more delicious and natural compared to its store-bought "analogue".
What is also pleasing is that the cooking process itself is not difficult.
Now that all the main advantages of this meat delicacy have already been named, we can proceed directly to the description of the cooking process.
The most important product, without which you won’t be able to prepare a meat delicacy, is chicken breast. You will need a piece weighing 270-300 g.
The meat needs to be washed, freed from fat, if any, and dried by blotting with paper towels.
Once the preparatory stage is complete, sprinkle 250g of salt on the bottom of the plate and place the chicken on top.
After this, you should “cover” the chicken with the same amount (250 g) of salt, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for a day.
After 24 hours, the meat must be taken out, washed and dried again, and then rubbed with your favorite spices (even the seasoning intended for making shashlik will do).
The only thing left to do is wrap the fillet in gauze and hang it in the refrigerator for another two days, after which our delicacy is considered ready.
