In most cases, housewives use a regular saucepan to prepare rice as a side dish.
However, in this case there is a high risk of making ordinary porridge.
In most cases, the rice is "smeared", sticks together and looks unattractive.
As it turns out, the situation can be significantly improved with one simple method: just change the dishes.
If you are preparing a side dish, the saucepan should be set aside. It is better to use a regular frying pan of a suitable diameter.
First, you need to put the rice under water or even soak it for about thirty minutes.
Meanwhile, pour any refined oil into the frying pan and begin to heat it. Then add the cereal. Fry the rice on a fairly intense fire for several minutes.
Then pour in water in the classic ratio (two to one) and bring it to a boil. After that, you need to reduce the flame and wait no more than fifteen minutes. Also, do not forget to add salt at any stage of cooking.
Turn off the stove and hide the rice under the lid for literally five minutes. You will be surprised how spectacular and attractive the side dish turns out.
