In most cases, housewives do not have any questions about what to do with corn: they simply boil it.
Not everyone knows that the product can be prepared differently.
For example, fried corn turns out incredibly bright, tasty and unusual.
First, you need to find a high-quality and sharp knife, since the whole cobs will need to be divided into several horizontal parts. We should get approximately the same slices.
We put them in a deep container. We process the corn with butter. For four ears you will need about one hundred grams.
Next, add a spoonful of granulated garlic and paprika. The spices can be any, so rely on your own preferences.
Heat a frying pan with refined oil. Start frying the corn. First, fry the side with the grains for seven minutes, then spend one minute on the other side.
We harvest corn.
It is best served with herbs and lightly fried garlic.
