In addition, you can prepare the dish according to an old recipe that many grandmothers used. The secret of success lies in the unusual combination of ingredients, thanks to which the dumplings turn out incredibly tasty and unusual.
- half a kilo of minced meat (preferably beef combined with pork);
- half a kilo of sauerkraut;
- two onions;
- spices as desired.
First, you need to remove excess moisture from the original ingredient (sauerkraut), otherwise the mince simply won't cook.
After this, the vegetable should be sent to the meat grinder. We do the same with the onion and meat.
Next, simply mix the ingredients and start preparing the dumplings.
The important fact is that you don't need to add any additional salt. But you can add spices if you wish to make the dish even more inspiring.
