If you want to get golden pancakes that become crispy after cooling, you need to add one additional component to the total mass.

For 3 cups of milk, you should prepare 3 eggs. The ingredients should be at room temperature, so you should take them out of the refrigerator half an hour before you start cooking.

To these products you need to add half a teaspoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of sugar. The soda should be extinguished with vinegar. You should also pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

At the end of the dough preparation, you need to add the secret component. We are talking about semolina. Half a glass is enough for such a mass.

Once everything is thoroughly mixed, do not rush to fry the pancakes. You need to let the dough sit so that the semolina has time to swell. After that, you can start cooking.
