For one kilogram of tomatoes you should take a head of garlic, a bunch of cilantro and dill, a teaspoon of sugar, spices, and a tablespoon of salt.

How to cook

For this recipe, it is better to choose medium-sized tomatoes, but definitely not large ones.

They need to be washed thoroughly, and then cut crosswise into them, approximately to the middle of the fruit.

After this, the vegetables can be put into a bag. To them, you need to add chopped greens, crushed garlic cloves, salt, and pepper.
