How to cook the most delicious chicken liver

This recipe is very simple, but the result will exceed even the most daring expectations. It is worth noting that it is wiser to choose chilled liver for frying, since it turns out tastier and of higher quality.

It is recommended to rinse the offal under water and dry it with a paper towel.

Then we start frying on a fairly intense fire for several minutes. After about five minutes, you can notice that a significant amount of liquid has formed in the pan. Wait about three minutes and drain it.

Then you need to add some vegetable oil, fry the liver again. After the offal changes color, add chopped onion.

We hide the dish under the lid and try to fry until the onion is ready.

The most important moment comes. Add two or three spoons of sour cream with medium fat content, add salt and aromatic spices.

Stir, cover the dish again and cook for three minutes. This liver will not leave anyone indifferent.
