What should I take?

  • 0.5 kg minced meat;
  • 0.5 cups of rice;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 potato;
  • 2 pieces of bread;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3-4 tablespoons semolina;
  • Salt, pepper, herbs.

How to cook

Everything is very simple here. You need to wash the rice, and grate the carrots and potatoes. Then mix all the ingredients and combine with the minced meat. At the end, you can add spices and herbs.

Once the meatballs are ready, they should be rolled in the egg mixture, and then in semolina. After that, they can be sent to a preheated frying pan.
