The water should be changed several times until it becomes clear.

This will not only remove dust and small debris, but also remove excess starch.

However, the procedure can hardly be called pleasant, because you should use only cold water, which is why your hands gradually go numb from the cold.

Therefore, resourceful housewives invented another, much simpler method.

To bring it to life, you will need warm (about 60 degrees) water and table salt.

Dissolve one tablespoon of salt in a liter of water and pour the resulting solution over the rice. Let the cereal sit in this "bath" for about 40-60 minutes.

When the allotted time is up, rinse the rice under running water and you can start preparing any dishes that include this ingredient.

After this procedure, the rice always turns out crumbly and has an excellent taste.
