However, if you have a small amount of meat, it seems that you can skip preparing the dish - you still won’t be able to cook as much as you need to feed the whole family.

But using a clever recipe, you can make a delicious schnitzel with a minimum amount of meat.

What is the list of products?

- half a kilo of any meat or prepared minced meat;
- a quarter of a kilogram of dark bread without crusts;
- one onion;
- a clove of garlic;
- two chicken eggs;
- spices with salt;
- breadcrumbs for breading.

Cooking process

The process itself is not difficult, but the bread should be immediately placed in a bowl of water so that it can be easily added to the mince. It is also worth remembering that the bread does not have to be fresh.

Mix the minced meat with bread.

Add chopped onion and garlic and bring to a homogeneous state.

All that remains is to add eggs, spices if desired and salt.

We form the schnitzel itself, bread it and put it in the frying pan. Yes, the taste of the dish may not be as richly meaty, but the schnitzel will still be delicious.
