It is definitely worth trying to make an incredibly delicious soup with leafy vegetables.
- a bunch of sorrel and spinach;
- 5 medium-sized potatoes;
- one egg;
- 1-1.2 l of broth;
- one piece of onion and carrot;
- oil for frying;
- black pepper and salt.
The process of working on the soup will not cause difficulties even for inexperienced cooks. The broth should be prepared in advance. It can be vegetable, chicken or meat - it all depends on your preferences.
First, you need to fry the onions and carrots as usual for a few minutes, pour in the broth and add the potatoes.
Separately, lightly simmer the chopped spinach and sorrel.
Add at the moment when the potatoes are almost boiled. After that, wait five minutes, add salt and a little pepper. Carefully add the egg, which was previously slightly shaken until smooth. Wait a couple more minutes.
Sprinkle with herbs and turn off the heat. The soup should sit for a while to deepen the flavor.
