Cold method of pickling cucumbers for the winter: just pour water and salt over them and the preparation is ready

If you want to make delicious cucumbers for any suitable dish, then it is enough to use simple ingredients.

For a three-liter jar, take 1.5 kg of cucumbers, 100 g of salt, currant, horseradish and cherry leaves, dill, garlic, black pepper and spices to taste.

Soak the cucumbers in cold water for 30 minutes or more. Then rinse them well and leave the "tails" on.

Place spices and herbs on the bottom of the jar, you can use horseradish leaves. Then put currant or cherry leaves.

Place half of the greens below and the rest on top after adding the cucumbers.

It is recommended to put half of the cucumbers, and then add garlic, dill and peppercorns. After that, you can fill the remaining space with cucumbers.

Before adding, the salt should be dissolved in cold water. Fill the solution to the top and close the lid.

During storage, it is better to place the jar on a bowl, as the brine may leak out.
