After this, add 1-2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil.

The component can be replaced with butter. 1-2 sandwich pieces will be enough.

Soda

There is no need to worry that soda will spoil the taste and quality of the legume: the component will not have a negative effect on the peas.

Add the powder after the water has been boiling for at least ten minutes.

Half a small spoon of the component will be quite enough.

If you want the peas to be tasty and soft, you should remember the negative role of salt: it can make the peas hard. Therefore, add it about three minutes before turning off the stove.
