The tubers need to be washed thoroughly and then cut into strips.
Pour beer over the resulting mixture and leave for half an hour (by the way, it is better to use a light drink - a dark one can give the potatoes a bitter taste).
After 30 minutes, drain the beer, add oil and garlic passed through a press.
