2. Cooking on a hot frying pan

If you want to get a fragrant and appetizing crust, you need to fry the meat in a hot frying pan.

After 3-4 minutes, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid so that the meat is thoroughly fried.

3. Salt on time

Those who love fried meat and use marinade should remember that you can add any spices to it except salt.

Salt the meat 3-5 minutes before it is ready. If you ignore this rule, you risk getting an overly dry dish.
